If you compare us to the other food businesses in our same start cohort, I think we’re probably in the top few in terms of growth/progress.
What are we doing differently?
A lot of things, I hope. But one thing that I feel is kind of important and really obvious:
We are actually doing persistent outbound sales.
We have a list of people we want to work with. We reach out, drop off samples, and follow up.
If you want to close business, you need to press.
